Individual Therapy
As a therapist, I offer individual therapy services that provide a safe and supportive space for you to work through personal challenges and build greater resilience. I use evidence-based approaches tailored to your unique needs, helping you to gain insight, develop coping skills, and make positive changes in your life.

Family Therapy
As a family therapist, I offer collaborative services that help families improve communication, resolve conflicts, and deepen their relationships. I work with all members of the family to identify patterns of behavior that may be causing distress, and develop strategies to create a more harmonious and fulfilling family dynamic.

Mom’s Support Group
As a therapist and facilitator, I provide a supportive and non-judgmental space for moms to connect, share their experiences, and receive guidance. Together, we can work towards building a stronger support network and enhancing your wellbeing as a mom. My mom support group is a safe and empowering space for you to connect with other moms, share your challenges, and build community.

After completing the initial questionnaire, I will contact you to set up an initial intake.
An intake is the session where I do the fact finding, ask a lot of questions about how I can help and together, we make goals to get you where you’d like to ideally be. You are always in the drivers seat while in my space. You decide what you are comfortable sharing, what information needs more time, and what you’d like to address. It is your time and I will respect your pacing as we get to know one another.
After the intake is completed, we will decide how often you’d like to come and determine what would be the best fit for you; individual, family or group sessions. From there, you will come either in person or via telehealth during the agreed upon scheduling in order to support your mental health needs.
